By booking and participating in a session with Night & Day (operated by Eryn Lummerding), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of the Work

I understand that energy healing, Akashic Records readings, and spiritual guidance are complementary practices intended to support personal growth, energetic balance, and self-awareness.

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Not Medical or Mental Health Care

I understand that services offered by Night & Day do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

I agree to seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns.

Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and well-being.

I understand that healing is a personal journey and that results may vary.

No Guarantees

I understand that while many people experience meaningful shifts, clarity, or support, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Any personal information I choose to share during sessions will be treated with respect and care.

Release of Liability

I agree that I am participating at my own choice and risk.
I release Night & Day and its owner from any liability for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from my participation in services.
