Applying Akashic Insights to Your Career
It's important to note that the Akashic Records are not a prediction tool. When it comes to asking questions about the future, nothing is set in stone. Rather, a series of paths are presented based on where you are currently in life and what would be in alignment with your highest good. From there, you have the free will to choose what is best for you. There is nothing you have to do, there is only the organic growth of your own soul in its own time. The Akashic Records offer guidance without attachment to which path you take.
When seeking guidance through the records, you don't need to worry about absolutes or fear that 'if I don't do this, I've failed.' There's no room for beating yourself up over what you 'should' be doing. There's only creation, and it's yours for the choosing.
Clearing obstacles to career growth
One approach to seeking career guidance from the Records is through healing and self-development.
In a session, your Akashic Records can help you clear out character flaws, weaknesses, or vices that might be hurting your career or work. Some good examples of this are laziness, procrastination, or lack of focus. Essentially, anything that might be getting in the way of you and your goals, whether that's your current career, one you're working towards, or a business you want to develop.
We can even use this approach to clear out energies that prevent you from earning more money, being undervalued, or taken advantage of. Whatever the issue is that's holding you back.
But we're not limited to just clearing things out. Your Akashic Records can also help anchor new energies in your system that you may need. This could be confidence, self-esteem, motivation, or prosperity. The list is endless.
Finding your natural strengths
One of my favourite things the Records can do is augment qualities and strengths you already have.
This can be a great way to strengthen the things you're already good at, or if you have a particular skill, we can take this approach to support that skill in developing even further. (Side note: This can be especially useful for healers, clairvoyants, and other practitioners who want to develop and strengthen their abilities.)
Whatever it is you need, we can ask for support. Depending on the severity of the issue, it may need a couple of sessions to work through it. This tends to be the case with issues that run deep. A lot can be cleared out in an Akashic Record session, and sometimes there's still more to go.
Akashic Career Questions to Ask
When it comes to working with Akashic Records, asking the right question is everything. I wrote a beginner's guide to the Akashic Records where I talk more in depth about this matter.
When it comes to career guidance, here are some examples of questions to ask the akashic records:
What can the records tell me about my current career path?
What is holding me back from achieving my goal?
How can I improve myself? Is there anything I need to work on in myself?
What limiting beliefs are preventing me from moving forward?
How will this career path affect my physical, mental, emotional and financial health?
Is this path in alignment with me?
What natural talents or abilities should I be leveraging more in my work?
What strengths do I have that I'm not currently using?
Is there room for growth?
What do I need to focus on right now in my career development?
What's blocking me from receiving more financial abundance?
If you're not clear on how to phrase your questions, don't worry, that's something we can do together in the session as well.
We want to start with the most important question or topic first and go from there. Sometimes the Akashic Records have a lot to say when it comes to one question, and there may even be healing and clearing that needs to take place. Other times we can get through questions quicker. You never know what you're going to get.
I also want to mention, whether we're seeking career guidance or working on other matters in the Akashic Records, you are always in control. I will never ask the Records to do anything that you yourself haven't given consent to. That's the same for the questions, if we're going into a place you don't want to go, just say the word.
